One terrorist killed in encounter with security forces in Harwan area of Srinagar

In Jammu and Kashmir, one Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Srinagar early this morning. The encounter broke out after security forces launched a search operation in the Harwan area.

The brief shoot-out began on the outskirts of Srinagar around 4 am today. Police said, the search operation is underway in the area.
