One teacher terminated

The Directorate of School Education Kashmir on Thursday terminated one more teacher for remaining unauthorized absent from duties since the last 7 years.

As per the order issued by DSEK, Dilshada Akhter, teacher Middle School Brazloo Kulgam applied for 10 days leave on medical ground but was not sanctioned due to non-production of requisite documents and remained un-authorized absent from duties 23rd March 2015.

The teacher was provided enough opportunities to resume her duties by the department, Whereas, the decision of the committee was notified for information of the absconding teacher on 07/08/2021 and was asked to present herself before this Directorate along with statement of defence within 10 days failing which it shall be construed that she has nothing to say in this regard and proposed action shall be initiated against her without any further notice; and Whereas, the teacher neither presented herself before this Directorate nor submitted her statement of defence regarding the decision of the committee, which indicates that she is not interested to work anymore in the Department;

Now, therefore, pursuant to the decision of the committee, Dilshada Akhter, Teacher, MS Brazloo, Kulgam is hereby removed from Government service in terms of Article 128 of J&K Civil Services Rules (Volume I) of 1956 and rule 30(vii) of J&KCCA rules 1956.
