NC Army Commander reviews security along LoC

The Northern Command Army Commander, Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi on Thursday visited the forward areas of Sunderbani and Pallanwala in Jammu region and reviewed the security scenario.

Jammu based Defence Spokesman Lt Col Devendra Anand said that the Army Commander visited the Crossed Swords Division and forward areas along the Line of Control in Sunderbani and Pallanwala.

“He reviewed security situation and operational preparedness and appreciated the troops for maintaining security along LoC and robust anti infiltration grid,” said the spokesman.
