India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage crosses 208 crore 21 lakh mark

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 208 crore 21 lakh mark. More than 20 lakh vaccine doses were administered yesterday.

Union Health Ministry said, the cumulative first dose of Covid vaccine have been administered to over 102 crore 14 lakh and second dose have been administered to more than 93 crore 79 lakh.

The Ministry said, over twelve crore 27 lakh precaution doses have been administered to the identified categories of beneficiaries including Health Care Workers, Front Line Workers and people above 18 years of age.
