APPEAL TO SH NARENDER MODI JI PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA

Humble Request ,please do not make KASHMIRI PANDITS scapegoats in Kashmir for the sake of sovereignty and democracy/Secularism
This ill-fated Kashmiri pandit, displaced ,uprooted and the aborigines of Kashmir, with a history of 5000 years, believing in peace, love, fraternity, democracy, secularism and more importantly live and let live ; community would like to remind your august-self that it is the 30th year of our exile/displacement and this community continuous to be on cross roads living nomads life with miserable conditions, insecurity, the refugees/displaced people in their own country and what not sir,
The continuous and quantum of forced exodus on Kashmir padnits from their origin Kashmir and implications, thereof ,have , rendered the whole community homeless,quadrillies and to imposed Genocide. The continued forced exile, displacement and forced conversions engineered on kashmiri pundits for last of hundreds of years seems now to be a vital element of hidden policy Of separatists and state govt to eliminate and destroy the signs and symbols of kahmiri padnits with the sole objective to promote the ideology/philosophy of co-religious in-tolerance.
This is gross violation of human rights on Kashmir pandits and the organizations set up for the purpose of identifying the accused and victims and to suggest rescue measure, do also remain mute spectators in respect of kashmiri pandits,These groups and commissions including successive Governments both in centre as well in J&K have succumbed to the pressure of Gun culture imposed by the Terrorists and remained desensitized on the humans issue of violation of human rights on KPs who are at the brink of total inhalation and under the threat of extinction and right to live though aborigines ethnic of kashmir
since long the community have faced so many displacements and challenges. We have always been made a political scapegoat. The present Govt at centre should take the community into confidence for general plebiscite for return and rehabilitation of KPs in the valley under Indian constitutional and judicial gurantees.It has been so many times opted by the Kashmir centric political parties and Pakistan that Kashmir is disputed issue, under such circumstances, where would Kashmiri pandits stand. Would the community survive politically, socially and economically with all basic amenities,where,whenever any issue arises, the slogans degrade their inner peace, of which they have already been the victim and we have great expectation from the Modi Govt.,(We know that Prime Minister has guts to find a feasible solution to our problem ) But it is the need of the hour to consult the KP community before any formulation of future programme and we demand to rehabilitate the community in a particular place with Union Territory Status in the valley, so that, they could have their political voice with all constitutional/ fundamental and political rights. The community has seen so many exodus fringes. Now, it cannot bear a further one. So a solution be sought once for all. We have suffered and lost a lot.Till the demand for the single township for KPs in Kashmir is achieved, the Kashmiri pandit community be declared internally displaced people.
