Pakistan drone shot by BSF at Punjab border; Detailed search operation underway

Border Security Force (BSF) yesterday night intercepted and shot down a suspected drone near India-Pakistan border at Channa village in Amritsar district, Punjab.

The quad-copter drone was trying to enter from Pakistan to Indian territory.

The BSF spokesperson said the security agencies recovered one DJI Matrice Make Quadcopter and 2.5 Kilogram of suspected narcotics wrapped in a polythene bag. He said that the detailed search operation is underway.
