Pune Municipal Corporation starts preparations for G-20 Council meetings to be held in city next year
The Pune Municipal Corporation has started preparations for the meetings of the G-20 Council to be held in Pune city next year. The state’s Upper Chief Secretary reviewed the preparations in this regard in a meeting in Pune yesterday, November 30.
Pune Municipal commissioner Vikram Kumar informed that the corporation will also seek help from entrepreneurs and major banks for the beautification of the city. Three meetings of the G-20 council will be held in Pune in the months of January and June. Representatives of more than 100 different countries are expected to arrive in Pune for these meetings.
