Air quality in Delhi continues to remain in “very poor” category

The air quality in the national capital continued to remain in the “very poor” category, with the air quality index (AQI) recoded at 399 this morning.

According to India Meteorological Department, the air quality is likely to improve but remain in lower end of Very Poor category today.

The air quality in the NCR region also remained in “poor to very poor” category.  The AQI in Noida sector 62 recorded at 334, in Gurugram the AQI stood at 288, whereas the AQI in Faridabad recorded at 319 this morning.
