Sensex declines 475 points to trade at 62,096

The Sensex and the Nifty today witnessed losses of more than half a percent in the afternoon trade. The Sensex was trading below 62,100 points while the Nifty was trading below the 18,500 mark.

The Sensex declined 475 points, or 0.76 percent, to trade at 62,096. The Nifty also slipped 134 points, 0.72 percent to trade at 18,475.
