Sensex climbs 415 points to close at 60,224

At the stock markets, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 415 points, or 0.7 per cent, to close at 60,224, today.

The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange advanced 117 points, or 0.7 per cent, to 17,711.
