Over 120 delegates attend 2nd G-20 Disaster Risk Reduction Working Group meeting in Mumbai

The second meeting of the G-20 Disaster Risk Reduction Working Group (DRRWG) is underway in Mumbai.

More than 120 delegates from G20 member countries, invited nations, international organizations, and important Indian key stakeholders, including the National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of External Affairs are discussing various aspects of Financing Disaster Risk Reduction.

Technical sessions covering topics such as Financing Early Warning and Early Action, Financing Resilient Infrastructure, building back better, Ecosystem-Based Approaches and the Role of Community in DRR are the focus of these discussions.
