Srinagar, June 8, KNT: In a first, the International Journal of Scientific Development and Research (IJSDR) has awarded a senior officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Transport Department Mubashir Jan Bhat in recognition of the publication of the paper entitled Hill Driving a Matter of Road Safety which is published in Volume 8 on 6 June 2023.
On the international level Mubashir Jan Bhat in his Article highlighted the need for endorsements for hill driving on licenses, especially for commercial drivers by imparting ‘Special Training’ for hill driving.
The article of Bhat was recognized and Published on an international level.
Notably, Mubashir Jan Bhat is probably the 1st officer who started on Road Driving Test at door steps in North Kashmir’s Baramulla,
He added one more feather to his cap by generating the highest revenue of Rs.33 crore in a single year as ARTO Baramulla for which he was appreciated by the Department and people in particular.
He is also known for conducting trials at Tehsil and Sub-divisional levels.
