Authorities Seal Under Construction Hotel

Administration in Pahalgam sealed an under-construction hotel at Dahwatoo that was being raised illegally without any permission.

The notice for sealing the hotel was issued to its owner by the Block Development Officer Pahalgam as was raising three blocks of the hotel and the BDO has imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 for illegally raising the commercial structure and the building has been sealed.

The hotel was coming up in the eco-fragile zone and near the Wildlife reserved area and needs NOC from Wildlife, Forest Department and Environmental clearance.
