Office Of FCR J&K Continues With Attachment Of Patwari Of Other District In Jammu In Violations?
FCR Office is known for committing illegalities by this way or the other, one famous in history is its circular dtd 22nd October. 2020, by which wrong & illegal conditions were ordered, which caused countless litigations.
Pertinent to mention here that even Advocate General has given a statement in Court that the said circular of FCR has lost its relevance after issuance of G.O.No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb. 2022 but despite that Office of FCR is not bothering to withdraw said illegal order causing confusions because till day some Sub Registrars of J&K are in RTI reply still quoting the said illegal circular of FCR have effect till day on Gair Mumkin Khad Lands.
Office of FCR J&K alos not bothered on Govt instructions on delegation of powers of transfer of Revenue Officer/Officials but even transferred District Cadre Patwaris to out of District, but previously such orders of Patwaris were cancelled by govt & clear instructions were issued to FCR not to repeat such actions in near future.
One violation by Officer of FCR Office Rishpal Singh in continuing attachment of a Patwari from other district in Jammu, who was previously attached at Jammu by then FCR vide No. 371 FC(Rev) of 2019 dtd 27.12.2019 followed by another order signed by the Rishpal Singh vide no. 256 FCR(Rev) of 2021 dated. 11.05.2021 under time of Shaleen Kabra , the FCR & has been reported that still the said blue eyed Patwari is continuing in Jammu on the behest of FCR, in open violations of rules & acts and adopting pick & choose.
