IMD predicted an increase in rainfall activity over East India & Central India

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted an increase in rainfall activity over East India and Central India from today, August 17.

It said, very heavy rain falls is likely over Odisha during the next two days. The weather office also forecast heavy rainfall activity over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Sikkim today. Heavy rainfall activity is also likely over Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh, and Vidarbha during the next three days.
