Sensex up by 300 points to trade at 65,248

Domestic benchmark indices today rose nearly half a per cent in the afternoon trade.

The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 300 points, or 0.46 percent, to trade at 65,248 a short while ago.

Similarly, Nifty 50 at the National Stock Exchange advanced 88 points, or 0.45 percent, to trade at 19,398 when reports last came in.
