Private vehicle used for stunt in Bandipora blacklisted

Bandipora, Sep 7, KNT:  After netizens decried a stunt incident on social media platforms demanding action against the accused, Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Bandipora blacklisted the said vehicle and initiated legal action against the owner of the vehicle.

A purported video showing a youth in Bandipora performing a stunt using his private vehicle (JK15B-1238) has gone viral. The video has probably been shot for content purposes on social video.

Taking cognizance of the stunt incident, ARTO Bandipora blacklisted the vehicle and initiated legal action against the youth under Motor Vehicles Act. The action against the offender has been widely welcomed by the netizens. [KNT]
