7th International Day of Yoga

KATRA, JUNE 21 – As part of celebration of the 7th International Day of Yoga, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board organized a programme on yoga asanas and pranayam at its Sports Complex, Katra while maintaining adequate social distancing and strictly following COVID-appropriate behavior.

Employees of the Board and sportspersons of the Sports Complex performed a series of asanas and pranayam under the supervision of yoga experts. The yoga sessions were also organized at Bhawan, Adhkuwari, Sanjichhat and Bhairon as part of the celebration of International Yoga Day.
