Union Home Minister Amit Shah to attend closing ceremony of Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit at Forest Research Institute in Dehradun

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the closing ceremony of the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit at the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun today. Mr. Shah is also scheduled to participate in the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh. Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Global Investors Summit and unveiled the grounded projects worth 44 thousand crore rupees.

The two-day summit is based on the “Peace to Prosperity” theme. It may be recalled that the state government has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various industrial groups in different sectors such as renewable energy, AYUSH, tourism, education, and medicine, among others.
