47 people buried in landslide in southwest China’s Yunnan province

In China, at least 47 people were buried in a landslide that struck southwest China’s Yunnan province today. The disaster happened in the Liangshui village of Zhaotong City this morning. Rescuers along with firefighting vehicles and loading machines were mobilised to search for the missing. The state media broadcaster said that over 200 people have been evacuated from the region.
