Pune Open Tennis, India’s M. Sasikumar to face Adam Walton of Australia in Men’s singles Quarterfinals

In Pune Open Tennis, India’s M. Sasikumar will face Adam Walton of Australia in the Men’s singles Quarterfinals today. The match will start at 12 PM, IST. In the evening, Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha is also scheduled to face another Australian Dane Sweeny in the Men’s singles quarterfinal.

In Doubles Semifinals, Indian duo of Ramkuamr Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni will face the Australian pair Tristan Schoolkate and Adam Walton at 3 PM. Later, another Indian pair Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Arjun Kadhe will face Dan Added of France and Chung Yun-Seong of South Korea.

Earlier yesterday, Ramkumar and Saketh beat the Croatian Duje Ajduković and Italian Enrico Dalla Valle in a tough game by 6-2, 7-6, 10-2, while Jeevan and Arjun defeated the German pair Jakob Schnaitter and Mark Wallner by 6-4, 7-6.

Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha has entered the quarter-finals, upsetting his compatriot Sumit Nagal 6-4, 6-3 in the Men’s singles pre-quarter final. Earlier, the pair of Siddhant Banthia and Parikshit Somani lost to the duo of Dan Added and ChungYun-Seong by 6-3, 5-7, 7-10 in the doubles Quarterfinal.
