The problems of residents of Haal and Nutnussa Transit Camp Kashmir need to be redressed: Sanjay Dhar

Apni Party State Coordinator Displaced Kashmiri Pandits Kashmir Division Sanjay Dhar on Thursday appealed to the administration to address the genuine problems of residents of Haal and Nutnussa Transit Camps on a prompt basis.

In a statement issued here, Dhar said that he has been apprised by the residents of both of the Transit Camps about irregular ration supply, immense necessity for the repairment of quarters and pathways alongwith installation of transformer inside the Haal camp in order to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.

He said that the residents have also demanded for installation of solar lights in the colonies in view of constant power shutdowns.

“The genuine issues enlisted by the locals of these Camps are fundemantal and every citizen holds a right to ask better infrastructure from the Government,” he said.

Furthermore, he appealed to the administration to take cognizance of these important issues in order to mitigate the miseries of the residents living in these twin Transit Camps at an earliest.
