President Ram Nath Kovind’s visit to Kargil War Memorial cancelled due to bad weather

The visit of President Ram Nath Kovind to Kargil War Memorial at Drass was cancelled due to Bad Weather.

The LG of Ladakh RK Mathur presided over the 22nd Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebration at Drass and paid tribute to the Martyrs of 1999 Kargil War.

He also witnessed a colourful programme presented by School Students of Leh and presented gifts to Families of Martyrs and War Veterans.
