Grenade Attack: Ministers, Officials, Politicians make beeline at SMHS hospital to visit victims

ANB: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Kumar Chuadhary, accompanied by Minister for Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Masood today visited SMHS hospital here to inquire about the health of civilians injured in the Grenade attack at Sunday Market, Srinagar.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister enquired about the condition of the injured.
According to the Associated News Bureau (ANB), they directed the hospital authorities to provide them with the best possible treatment.
They also interacted with the injured persons and assured them of the best possible medical care to them.
MLA Sonawari Hilal Akbar Lone and other officers also accompanied the Ministers during the visit.
Meanwhile, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, VK Birdi too visited the injured civilians at a city hospital following a grenade blast at the Sunday Market in Srinagar.
The explosion near the TRC injured at least eleven people, all of whom are in stable condition. The IGP wished the victims a swift recovery and assured that action would be taken against those responsible for the attack. (ANB)
