EAM S Jaishankar addresses United Nations Troop Contributing Countries Chiefs’ Conclave
External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has stressed enhanced cooperation among nations to deal with the challenges posed by terrorism, economic instability and climate change. He said, These challenges are interconnected, and they transcend national borders.
He emphasised on more cooperative approach, transcending the competitive aspects of international politics. The Minister said this while addressing the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries Chiefs’ Conclave, UNTCC, in New Delhi.
Dr. Jaishankar said that the country has consistently advocated for Justice, Dignity, Opportunity and Prosperity for all society and people. He said India approaches peacekeeping as a civilizational ethos and sees the world as one family. He also highlighted the country’s faith in multilateralism and international partnerships.
