IMD issues orange alert for dense to very dense fog in Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab and Delhi

The India Meteorological Department, IMD, has issued an orange alert for dense to very dense fog in Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab and Delhi today. Similar conditions will also prevail at isolated places over North Eastern states, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Meanwhile, the Met Department has forecast Cold wave and Ground Frost conditions over Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Assam.
