BJP Lodges FIR against Congress Leader in Kashmir

BJP Leaders Headed by Former MLC Surinder Ambardar today formally lodged a FIR against Indian National congress leader and Former MLA  Sopore  Abdul Rasheed Dar in Ram Munshi Baugh police station Srinagar For His Derogatory and Defamatory Remarks About Prime Minister Narender Modi.
In a the formal written Complaint addressed to Station officer Ram Munshi Baug Police station the BJP delegation mentioned that the remarks of the congress has demeaned the office of the prime minister of india and has only nefariously and Maliciously tried to Provogue and instigate by misleading public by threatening the life of Prime minster with a view to create public disorder
It was also written in the written complaint that The act of the Former congress legislator is a criminal offence punishable under Indian penal code and Should be banned from public life and politics
BJP Senior Leader and Former Member Legislative council Surinder Ambardar while speaking to reporters after filing the formal complaint said that The silence of National Leadership  of congress about the derogatory remarks of their Senior Leader in Kashmir about our Prime minister speaks about their degraded and Hate politics
BJP has demanded that FIR against Dar should be Registered immediately and he should be booked under various sections of the IPC and IT act as well as People’s representation act so that no one tries to demean and defame the sanctity of our prime minister ever gain
The complaint was received by Station officer Ram Munshi Bagh police station Tauseef.
