An awareness and guidance programme was organised in Nanga Village, Ramgarh, District Samba

SAMBA : With the objective of organising local youth and connecting them with various government youth programmes, opportunities and nation-building activities, an awareness and guidance programme was organised in Nanga Village, Ramgarh, District Samba in the International Border (IB) area regarding the formation and registration of a new Youth Club.
On the occasion, Sushil Singh Charak, Resource Person, MY Bharat, J&K, briefed the youth about the process of forming and registering a Youth Club. He explained that an organised Youth Club can provide young people with a platform to actively participate in sports, cultural activities, social service, volunteering, awareness programmes, skill development, leadership development and community development.
He highlighted the importance of Youth Engagement and briefed the participants about various Government Youth Schemes, programmes and opportunities. He also encouraged the youth to utilise opportunities and resources available through the MY Bharat Portal, including Experiential Learning Opportunities, Volunteering Opportunities, Mega Events, Mentorship, MY Bharat Profile and CV Builder.
Sushil Singh Charak said that connecting youth from border areas with mainstream youth activities is important for their overall development. He added that an active Youth Club can provide young people with a platform to develop their talents, leadership skills and sense of social responsibility while contributing to community and nation-building.
Gurdail Rana, Managing Director, Sorisso Pizza & Meal Mastiyaan Restaurant and Chairman, MMC Club, expressed his gratitude to Sushil Singh Charak for his valuable guidance and support. Ankush Verma and Amit Singh Bagal were also present and extended their support to the initiative.
The programme aimed to encourage youth engagement in Nanga Village and connect local youth with Government Youth Programmes and opportunities available through MY Bharat.
