Road accident on Ring Road leaves five buffaloes dead, four injured

Jammu, KNT: Five buffaloes were killed and four others seriously injured after an unknown vehicle reportedly hit a herd of nine buffaloes on the Ring Road near Kotli Mian Fateh village in Miran Sahib area of Jammu, sources said.

Sources said that the buffaloes were moving along the road when the vehicle hit the herd.

Five buffaloes died on the spot, while four others sustained serious injuries in the accident.

Further details about the vehicle and its driver were not immediately available. Police rushed to the spot and took cognizance of the incident. [KNT]
