India, West Indies Level 2-2 Ahead Of Series-Deciding Fifth T20I

In cricket, Indian men’s team will face the West Indies in the decisive fifth and final T20 International at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru this evening. With the five-match series level at two-all. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 PM Indian Standard Time.

India will now aim to extend their unbeaten streak in home T20I series, a run dating back to February 2019 when Australia last won a T20I series on Indian soil. A victory for the West Indies, however, would secure their first bilateral T20I series win in India, ending the hosts’ remarkable streak and marking their first series win against India across any format on Indian soil since 2003.

Led by Shreyas Iyer, India have added veteran pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar to their squad, resting Jasprit Bumrah.

India leads the West Indies 22-12 in their overall T20I head-to-head record, with one match ending in a no result.
