Seva Foundation organizes Free Dental Check-up

Seva Foundation in collaboration with Institute of Dental Science, Sehora Jammu organized Free Dental Check-up at Sh. Onkar Singh Charitable Trust, Noogram, Bishnah.

The camp was aimed for creating awareness amongst the masses on the importance of oral hygiene and the problems that people may face if oral health is not maintained. Interns of Institute of Dental Sciences Hospital also demonstrated a presentation on the Oral Health Education followed by the Oral Health Check up of patients.

Patients were taught basics of oral hygiene, proper brushing techniques and the importance of various mouthwash. Awareness about ill effects of Tobacco chewing and smoking were also showcased.

The health check up was supervised by Dr. Isha Bali, Head, Department of Public Dentistry, Institute of Dental Sciences, Sehora. All the SOPs and guidelines of Covid19 were followed during the camp.

Aman Kumar (Vice Chairman Seva Foundation), Nitish Gupta (Secretary Seva Foundation) and Vardaan Bassan (Volunteer Seva Foundation), Tusharika Sharma (Intern, IDS Sehora) coordinated the whole camp.
