INDIAN ARMY FELICITATED MASTER SHAH ABRAR UL HAQ FOR SECURING SEAT AT IIT MUMBAI
Hamid Chara AGS Chandigam organised Felicitation Ceremony to felicitate the youth icon and role model Master Shah Abrar ul Haq for securing seat at IIT Mumbai. Master Shah Abrar is an alumni of Hamid Chara AGS Chandigam who studied entire academic since nursery to 12th at the same school run by Indian Army for development of Kashmir.
The program started with Welcome speech by Student of the school where they welcomed all the students, prominent alumni of school, parents, chief guests and dignitaries followed with melodious welcome song.
The guest of honor for the occasion including SDM Lolab, Ajay Ahmad , loca Sarpanch and panch, Civil Administration, Secretary Army Goodwill School Chandigam, parents and Alumni of AGS Chandigam who motivated all students to follow the path of Master Shah Abrar. The guests spoke to the students and said, “Earning isn’t important, Serving is. Kashmir can progress only if more number of students come forward, work hard and achieve success like Abrar”. A small but appreciable cultural program was organised by students during the event.
While sharing his experience and journey to success, Master Abrar said, “Teachers are builders of the nation and without teachers and school administration, it was not possible for him to achieve this success. There is no alternative to hard work. Hard work assisted with proper guidance can bring any Laurel to the life.”
Mr. Abdul Hamid Shah, father of Master Abrar expressed his emotions by saying, “those parents are lucky whose children are doing well in their education and their respective fields,” he said, adding “Hamid Chara AGS Chandigam is taking all possible measures to make students successful in their life and in the education sector.”
During the program Master Abrar was felicitated with medal and certificate of excellence from school administration and also rewarded with a cash prize of ₹10000.
During the occasion, dignitaries motivated the students to work hard and contribute in development of Kashmir.
At the end, program was concluded by vote of thanks and tea with students. Large number of gatherings approximately around 25 alumni, 35 parents, 20 Civil dignitaries and 100 students attended the event.
