Crime Branch Jammu (CBJ) conducted searches in the M/S LalDayal Cyber Café KachiChawani, Jammu.

Jammu, Sept 04: In a case of fake appointment orders of Junior Engineers, in Power Development Department, a team of Crime Branch Jammu conducted raids & searches in the M/SLalDayal Cyber Café KachiChawani, Jammu in connection withfabrication of fake appointment orders. The searches were conducted under the order of Hon’ble Court of City Judge, JMIC Jammu. During the search, one hard disc has been seized from the said Cyber Cafe.
A written complaint was lodged by the Superintending Engineer, O& M Circle JKPTCM Jammu for registration of FIR against Akshay KumarChoudhary S/O Rashpal Singh R/O Paloura Jammu on account of his fake appointment order as JE, in PDD, who rendered his service in the department for 9 months and obtained salary for 02 months.
On receipt of complaint, Crime Branch Jammu registered thecase and in depth investigation has been set in motion. During investigation, it has established that one DaneshChanderAbrol R/O Nanak Nagar, Jammu had given the fake appointment order to said Akshay KumarChoudhary which was typed by BriguNandan Sharma S/O Vijay Kumar Sharma R/O Nanak Nagar Jammu in M/S LalDayal Cyber Café KachiChawani Jammu. The search was conducted on the basis of disclosure of BriguNandan Sharma. Further investigation of the case is going on.
