Various Women Activists from Sarai Bala Join Apni Party

Muntazir Mohi-ud-din welcomes the new entrants into party-fold

SRINAGAR, 19 June: Prominent women activists from Sarai Bala on Saturday joined Apni Party at its office in Lal Chowk, Srinagar.
The joining ceremony took place in presence of Party’s State Secretary Muntazir Mohi-ud-din, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Coordinator Amira Kadal Ajaz Rather, Party Leader Irfan Matoo, Party Youth Leader Imad Rafi Mir, Party Women’s Wing Leader Dilshad Shaheen, Mrs. Rafeeqa and Mrs. Afroza Khan.
The new entrants who joined Apni Party included Naseema Bano, Yasmeen, Hajra, Mehbooba, Sameena, Shabeena and Mumtaz.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party-fold, Muntazir Mohi-ud-din said that Apni Party has always rigorously followed the issues of public interest and has raised its voice for the mitigation of the people’s sufferings.
“Our party is based on the twin fundamentals of ‘politics of truth’ and ‘sincerity in effort’ and that is what I impress upon all these new entrants who have joined us today,” he said.
On the occasion, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh also said that Apni Party doesn’t rely on hoodwinking the people with any kind of political gimmickry; instead it has always been working on the fulfillment of its commitments made with the people.
“The people of J&K always expected politics of truthfulness from their representatives. Our efforts are in that direction and we will surely live up to their expectations through our hard work, sincerity and dedication towards the public welfare,” Sheikh asserted.
On the occasion, the new entrants thanked the Party leadership and avowed to work diligently for the welfare of the people in their respective areas besides strengthening the party at grass roots level.
