Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party – JKAP expresses gratitude for timely restoration of electricity in Jagti Township Jammu

JAMMU, JULY 05: Apni Party Displaced Kashmiri Pandits of Jagti camp today expressed gratitude and lauded the role of PDD Department for restoring the electricity in Jagti Township Jammu.

In a statement issued to Press today, Apni Party President of Jagti Township Sh.Ashok Dhar Ravinder Kumar Raina, H.L. Hangloo, Pran Nath Bhat and Sohan Lal said that electricity was halted in this camp due to heavy damage caused by heavy winds and rain in which dozens of electric poles/wires were uprooted and wires badly damaged on the intervening night of 3rd July .

But after coming to know about the same , both the Coordinators of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits of Jammu / Kashmir Vinod Pandita & Sanjay Dhar along with Vishal Jotshi Apni party leader rushed to this big camp on the directions of provincial President Sardar Manjeet Singh to take assessment of the situation.

Both the leaders expressed gratitude to Manjeet Singh Provincial President Jammu for his keen positive role in its immediate restoration as well to Vinod Pandita and Sanjay Dhar State Coordinators of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits of Jammu / Kashmir who personally coordinated the things for its early restoration keeping in view ongoing hot season as well being the biggest migrant camp of displaced kashmiri Pandits in J&K.

They also lauded the role of Chief Engineer and Executive Engineer PDD Jammu who took keen interest in its immediate early restoration.
