PM Modi greets people on occasion of Sanskrit week

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the people on the occasion of Sanskrit week beginning today. Sanskrit week is being celebrated from August 19 to 25 to promote and popularize this ancient language. In a message, Prime Minister said, Sanskrit language is so rich that it touches every aspect of our life.

Mr Modi said, it is a matter of joy that Sanskrit language is reaching more and more people through modern technology. Prime Minister said, popularity of Sanskrit is growing across the globe. Mr Modi expressed confidence that Sanskrit week will generate new interest and enthusiasm among the people and play an important role in spread of Sanskrit language.
