Identify & punish those guilty of causing pain to Displaced Community: Girdhari Lal Raina

Girdhari Lal Raina spokesperson BJP JK and former MLC expressed his anguish over repeated delay in clearing the case regarding detachment of account of Relief Organization causing avoidable inconvenience to a substantial section of the Displaced Community.

Attachment of major account Head of the Relief & Rehabilitation organization by additional District Judge of the Commercial Court Jammu directing the Additional Treasury Officer Talab Tillo Muthi Jammu not to entertain any Bill of The Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants) has caused uncalled for delay in disbursement of monthly cash assistance to several families who are dependent on the same. Untiring efforts of the Relief Commissioner has not yielded the desired result.

Political parasites and predators are clutching to this as an opportunity to grind their axe, he said. Sharing pain and agony of the affected families, GL Raina asked party cadres to ensure that no family in stress sleeps hungry or suffers for the want of medicines till the time the account of the Relief & Rehabilitation organization is detached and payments resume. Ex-MLC also appealed to the judiciary to take into consideration the impact of their orders and Judgement on the lives of poor and vulnerable people who are living on margins.

Strongly criticizing politicians for provoking the suffering population, GL Raina appealed to the community not to take the baits of opportunist parties who disrespect the national flag and are primarily responsible for miseries and sufferings of the community. Former MLC asked the concerned authorities to identify and severely punish those who ignored court proceedings all these years and are actually responsible for causing pain to the affected people.
