Celebrating the Swarnim Vijay Varsh Week, Indian Armed Forces Flag Day celebrated at Mawar Valley

On the auspicious week of 50 years of celebration of Swarnim Vijay Varsh, Indian Armed Forces Flag Day was celebrated by Naugam Brigade with the youth of Mawar Valley.

The students of Upper Primary School in Chak Village in Lawoosa wished each other by pinning the Armed Forces Flag on each other’s dress.

Senior students of the school took initiative and explained their fellow students about the importance of the day and reasons for observing this day.

A patrol of Indian Army further met the ex-servicemen in the village and inquired about their well being.
