Pattan Urges Divisional administration to Revoke Massive Soil Extraction Order issued by ADM Bla
Traders Federation, President Municipal Committee and Civil Society of Pattan town of Baramulla District on Thursday demands Revocation of Order Issued by Additional District Magistrate Baramulla regarding Massive Soil Extraction in Pattan Town.
According to Shabroz Malik Traders Federation, Civil Society & President Municipal Committee Pattan on Thursday Called a Joint Press Conference at Pattan in which to they have appealed Chief Secretary Shri Arun Mehta and Divisional Commissioner Kashmir to revoke an order issued by ADM Baramulla immediately which has been issued against the interest of General Public otherwise we have no option but to come on Roads and Start Civil agitation against the Biased Order.
In a Joint Press Conference Prit Pal Singh Obrai, Nasir Bashir Shah and Hamid Rather Said that ADM Baramulla has issued Order without any reason and Justification which is based on false reports by Lower Staff which is totally against the interests of General Public.
They said that No. of Local resident’s have been slapped with FIRs for lifting a Single Tractor of Soil for his residential House then how Can it has become now legal to loot thousands of Tippers of soil from our town.
They said that this town has already allowed Government to extract Large Quantity of Soil for railway and also for Construction of Degree College Singpora Pattan, Every time administration is targeting Beauty of Pattan and this time once again District administration has allowed outsiders to Loot Soil from Pattan area which is totally injustice for the general public of Pattan town.
They Further said that Deputy Commissioner Baramulla has been Misguided by the field Lower Staff by False Report’s and have Managed order of Massive Soil Extraction which is false and baseless.
They have appealed Chief Secretary, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir to revoke the false and baseless Order issued ADM Baramulla Vide his No DCB/SQ/8042-8050
