Sanjeev Pargal elected Press Club of Jmu president Zorawar as VP, Dinesh as Secy Gen
Sanjeev Pargal has been elected as the president of the Press Club, Jammu. The results were announced by Returning Officer Senior Advocate Mohinder Kumar Bhardwaj.
Sanjeev Pargal got 405 votes against Surinder Sharma, who fetched only 91 votes.
Zorawar Singh Jamwal beat Ravinder Singh for the post of vice president. Zorawar secured 404 votes while Ravinder gets only 87 votes.
Dinesh Manhotra has been elected as the new secretary general of the club. He secured 396 votes as against 94 polled in favour of Sumit Sharma.
Channi Anand has been elected as the treasurer. He secured 392 votes.
Meanwhile, seven members have been elected to the executive committee. Nishikant Khajuria secured 393 votes, Ajay Meenia secured 355 votes, Dinesh Mahajan secured 386 votes, Deepak Khajuria secured 332 votes, Govind Chouhan secured 333 votes, Kunal Shrivatsa secured 309 votes and Vishal Bharti secured 323 votes.
