PM pays tributes to BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tributes to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Jayanti today. In a series of tweets, Mr. Modi said, Babasaheb has made indelible contributions to India’s progress and this is a day to reiterate our commitment to fulfil his dreams for the nation.

The Prime Minister said, Babasaheb’s thoughts for the welfare of Dalits,  oppressed and  downtrodden have been an inspiration for his government. He added that this is the reason that all government schemes have been implemented keeping in mind the poorest of the poor. Mr. Modi said, his government has set many parameters in the direction of social justice.
