30 BJYM delegates on ‘Bharat Darshan Sushasan Yatra’ to arrive Jmu tomorrow
To assess the situation and development taking place post revocation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, around 30 delegates of Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha on the ‘Bharat Darshan Sushasan Yatra’ will reach here on Friday (June 3).
Notably, the Bharat Darshan programme was flagged off by Home Minister Amit Shah on April 1, 2022.
“After covering Karnataka, Sikkim and Uttarakhand, the delegates under the banner of ‘Sushasan Yatra’ (Bharat Darshan programme) will arrive here on June 3,” said President, J&K BJYM, Arun Prabhat.
Prabhat said that during their four day stay, they will visit Akhnoor on June 3, bordering villages Suchetgarh and R S Pura on June 4, Reasi on June 5 and Ramban district on June 6.
“The delegates will return back on June 6 evening,” he added.
“All the BJYM delegates are from different parts of the country and the visit is being organized under the Bharat Darshan programme wherein, young leaders from all over the country will travel across India to learn about the heritage culture and diversity of the country traditions and historical richness by experiential tours to different places, along with the developmental works completed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,” he added.
However, the BJYM leader said that the delegates will also interact with West Pakistani Refugees, Valmiki Samaj and Gorkhas community, who were granted citizenship rights after revocation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Another BJYM leader expressed that its workers are being introduced to the country’s cultural diversity, traditions and historical richness by experiential tours to different places through the Bharat Darshan.
“The BJYM functionaries will also get an opportunity to visit the biggest developmental projects of the various states and union territories of the country, see places of historical significance and engage in discussions with startups, entrepreneurs, cottage industries and farmer organizations,” he said and added that it will help the cadre experience and understand the unity in diversity of the country.
