RDD orders transfer of PM Package employees

After the Directorate of School Education Kashmir(DSEK), now the Rural Development Department(RDD), Kashmir has ordered the transfer of employees appointed under the Prime Minister’s special package.
As per the details available, over 33 employees have been transferred by the RDD Kashmir under the directions of administration in valley. Three separate orders have been issued in this regard.

“Pursuant to instructions conveyed vide above referred communication issued by the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, the transfer and posting / deployment of employees appointed under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants working in Rural Development Department (Kashmir Division) is hereby ordered with immediate effect as per proposal submitted by ACD Anantnag vide No. ACDA/Estt/2022-23/2322-23 dated 20-05-2022, ACD Kupwara vide No.ACDK/Estt/2392 dated 19-05-2022 and in light of representations of concerned officials as forwarded by Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) J&K Jammu vide letter No”, reads the order issued by the issued by Imam Din, Director Rural Development Department Kashmir.
In the said order as many as 20 employees were transferred to different blocks across Kashmir. The order further reads, “However, this type of special arrangement/deployment shall not entitle any employee the benefits against set rules existing in the Department”.
The other order reads, “In continuation to this office order No. 362-DRDK of 2022 dated 21-05-2022 and in compliance to Divisional Commissioner Kashmir’s above quoted communications, the transfer and posting / deployment of employees appointed under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants working in Rural Development Department (Kashmir Division) is hereby ordered with immediate effect”.
In the said the order three employees were transferred. The order further read, “However, this type of special arrangement/ deployment shall not entitle any employee the benefits against set rules existing in the Department”.
In another order, by Imam Din, Director, Rural Development Department, Kashmir has said,” In continuation to this office order No. 362-DRDK of 2022 dated 21-05-2022 and in compliance to Divisional Commissioner Kashmir’s above quoted communications, the transfer and posting of employees appointed under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants working in Rural Development Department (Kashmir Division) as per criteria framed by the Office of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir/ consent given by such employees is hereby ordered”.
In the said order, 10 employees have been transferred. The order added, “However, this type of special arrangement/deployment shall not entitle any employee the benefits against set rules existing in the Department”.
