In lull 34 Schemes’ performance now updated on ‘Dashboard’ by 14 deptts
Keen to make access to the progress of the thirty-four schemes on ground, the government Thursday directed its fourteen departments to update their performance on a real time basis on UT Dashboard web-based application.
The government took steps in this connection on the basis of the complaints that the concerned departments show slackness to run these schemes hence do not yield fruitful results which they ought to be.
“ Aadhar Generation,Jal Jeevan Mission, School Enrollment, Aadhar Seeding (ICDDS), ICDS Monitoring, Poshan Abhiyan, Scholarships, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandhana Yojana, SC/ST/OBCc Certificate, Transit Accommodation for KPs, Land Encroachments, Domicile and FCS/Ration Card are among thirty four other schemes that progress on ground is urged by government to view on real time basis and for that purpose have directed the departments to upload on UT Dashboard which is a comprehensive web based application”.

The circular in this connection read as, “UT Dashboard is a comprehensive web based application, developed with a view to facilitate monitoring and assess progress of the Schemes of different Departments on real time basis. In terms of Government Order No. 1376-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 29.12.2021, officers of Planning Development and Monitoring Department, namely, Directors/Joint Directors/ Deputy Directors/ Assistant Director of various departments have been designated as Single Point Contacts (SPOCs)/ Nodal Officers for development & operation of the Union Territory (UT) Dashboard. This Dashboard provides an objective overview of the performance of various Departments and is an effective tool in their hands to effect timely interventions/course corrections to improve performance. Therefore, regular updation of information pertaining to the schemes on the Dashboard is important for their better and effective monitoring. In addition, integration of Application Programming Interface (APIS) of these schemes with JaKeGA on an ongoing basis is also essential for smooth operation of the Dashboard.
It is, accordingly, impressed upon Administrative Secretaries of Departments, as indicated in Annexure “A”, to this communication, whose schemes are presently operational on UT Dashboard Project, to direct the Nodal Programming Interface (APIs) of their schemes with JakeGA and also regularly update the data pertaining to these schemes without fail”.
The other schemes which are being run by government for welfare of the people includes Languishing Projects, Border Village, Universal Health Insurance and Medical, HIMAYAT, (Deen Dayal UPADHYAYA- Grameen Rural Kaushalya Yojana), B2V-Phase III (Back to Village),14th Finance Commission Grant, MGNREGA, UT Capex Budget, JRashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA), Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-PMAY-G (SECC), Pradhan (AwaasPlus), PKRLM-UMEED, Development &
Panchayati Raj, Mantri Awaas Yojana-PMAY-G, Kisan Credit Card Agriculture Production, PM Kisan, Transformers Monitoring, Integrated Dairy Development Scheme, Nationwide AI Program Phase III, National Animal disease Control Program-FMD (Round 2), Integrated Sheep Development Scheme and Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana.
