10 ITBP personnel injured in road accident in Uttarakhand’s Champawat district

Ten ITBP personnel were injured in a road accident in Uttarakhand’s Champawat district on Thursday morning.

Chaalthi outpost in charge said that the ITBP vehicle going from Tanakpur to Lohaghat crashed after falling into a 200-meter-deep gorge near Siyadi.

He said that with the help of police and local people all the injured jawans were rescued and taken to Chalti Primary Health Centre. Treatment of soldiers is underway.
