Supreme Court refuses to hear PIL seeking uniform dress code in schools across country

The Supreme Court today refused to hear a PIL seeking a uniform dress code in schools across the country.

The petitioners had sought uniformity in the dress code for teachers, students, and staff in educational institutions across the country. A Bench of Justices Hemant Gupta and Sudhanshu Dhulia refused to hear the case.
