Bajrang Punia to begin World Wrestling Championship campaign today in Serbia

India’s medal hope in Men’s freestyle wrestling, Bajrang Punia will begin his World Wrestling Championship campaign today in Belgrade, Serbia. The 2020 Olympic bronze medallist will be in action in the 65kg category.

Having already won three medals at the World Championships, Punia is aiming for a record fourth medal in the competition. Bajrang Punia is second-seeded and will start his campaign directly from the pre-quarter-finals.
