Bihar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah to visit Chapra on 11th October to attend event on Jayaprakash Narayan birth anniversary
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Chapra in Saran district of Bihar on October 11 to preside over a function to mark the birth anniversary of socialist icon Jayaprakash Narayan at his birthplace Sitab Diara.
Mr Shah who is also Union Minister of cooperation will also address farmers and launch a countrywide scheme for the co-operative affairs from Amour block in Saran district of the state.

Bihar state BJP president Sanjay Jaiswal told that the Union Minister Mr Shah will also inaugurate ‘Amrit Sarovar Smriti’ Park at Amnour and a light and sound show at Amnour pokhra. Before returning to Delhi, Amit Shah would also address a meeting at Chapra.
It will be second visit of Amit Shah to Bihar after Chief Minister Nitish Kumar snapped ties with BJP and formed a grand alliance government with RJD and Congress.
