Tehsildar Bahu nabbed by ACB suspended

The Revenue Department has ordered suspension of Tehsildar Bahu Rohit Sharma who was nabbed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) red handed accepting graft.

An official order said during suspension, Sharma will remain attached in the office of Financial Commissioner (Revenue). He has been suspended in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 from the date of his arrest.

The suspension order was issued by Commissioner/ Secretary Revenue Department Vijay Kumar Bidhuri.
