Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan to inaugurate Cochin International Airport’s business jet terminal today

The country’s largest business jet terminal will be commissioned at the Cochin International Airport this evening. The terminal, built at a cost of 40 crore rupees covers an area of 40,000 square feet.  It will serve as a platform to integrate international and domestic jet services, tourism and business meetings.

The gateway features a drive-in porch, lobby, comfortable lounges, business centre, customs and immigration facilities among other things. It has a safe house for high-security VIP guests.

With its opening, Cochin International Airport will become one of the four airports in the country to operate private jet terminals.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the business jet terminal.
